There is one good news for 2 layers pcb ,we can offer *5 USD/m2 for normal 2 layers pcb with FR4 1.*0MM and HASL/OSP surface for now , especialy for LED pcb with very long size. But we need **0 square meters quantity at least to keep the cost very low  .  In addition , all the volume projects are **0% E-tested .
